She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Bishop and Ally May Bishop; her husband John William Spickard; and her siblings, Betty Brummett, Tommy Bishop and Sonny Bishop.
She is survived by: her children, John Spickard (Sarah) of Nicholasville, David Spickard of Lexington, Phillip Spickard (Eunice) of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Mary Frances (Dave); and her brother Boonie Bishop (Irene). She is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to the Hospice of the Bluegrass or the First Christian Church.
