She is survived by: her siblings, Anna Sue Blevins (James Ed) of Falmouth, KY, Francie Vest (Paul Ard) of Beattyville, KY, Virginia Endicott of Fairfield, OH, Angela Mitchell (Gina Marshall) of Corbin, KY, Bobby Ray Mitchell (Gay) of Butler, KY and Jerry Wayne Mitchell of Augusta, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
