He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Mae Morris and Robert Smith; his sister Wanda Brandt; and his grandson Austen. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Pam Rion (Todd) of Hamilton, OH, Robbie Smith (Bunny) of Lexington, Lorraine Smith of Lexington, Susan Hittle (Rodney) of Arcanum, OH, Gary Allen Smith Jr. of Lexington and Scott Smith (Lisa) of Nicholasville; and his siblings, Frank Hambrick of Georgetown, Jerry Smith of Lexington, Ronnie Smith of Stamping Ground, Billy Smith (Sharon) of Berea, Sandy Smith of Mt. Vernon and Pam McFerron (Larry) of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by 10 grandkids; 16 great grand kids.
