He is survived by: his wife Regina Smallwood of Lexington Kentucky; his children, Sakiesha-Lawrence Taylor Smallwood, Keywon-Margaret Small, Tamara Smallwood and Gary Smallwood Jr. of Lexington Kentucky; his siblings, Robert Smallwood of Atlanta Georgia and Barbara-Mark Rawl; his grandchildren, Makhia, Lauren, Sariyah, Delontae, Kamari, Amaya and Zykias Thomas; his friends, Long, Tom Dickerson, Rick Dickerson and Brittany Turner; and also Marley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
