He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland "Buck" and Mary Margaret Warth. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Warth; his son Mark Warth (Dana); his grandsons, Brian Troy (Jess) and Alex Troy; his sisters, Janice Burgess and Carol Armell (Billy); his siblings-in-law, Kristi Sims (James) and James "Rusty" Thorndale (Terry); his pets, Tanner "Bubba" and Daisy Mae; and his close friends, Phillip Broaddus, Ricky Honican and Steve Bishop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
