It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garry Thomas Broughton of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Eli Broughton and Neoma Katherine Guy Reeves; his daughter Melissa Diann Broughton; and his brother Timmy Broughton. He is survived by: his son Garry Broughton, Jr. (Amanda) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Haley and Jared Broughton; and his sisters, Cindy Morris (David) of Lancaster, KY, Connie Stokley (Gil) of Georgetown, KY and Sue Pollitt (Bob Tomblin) of Lexington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
