It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Blackburn Isaacs of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Bevins and Fonnie Bevins; her son Jimmy Blackburn; her husbands, James Blackburn and William Isaacs; her siblings, Ann Kendrick, Judy Bevins, Paul Bevins and Sharon Copley; her grandson Cody James Blackburn; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Blackburn.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Blackburn (Tina); her siblings, Mary Bevins, Lois Osbourne, Peggy Bevins and Johnny Bevins; her daughter-in-law Missy Blackburn; her granddaughters, Heather Starski (Stephen), Whitney Blackburn and Natasha Hardison (Michael); and her great grandchildren, MaHaylee Blackburn, Haven Starski, Michael Larry James Hardison and Olivia Hardison.
