He was predeceased by: his sister Kathleen Hume. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Timothy (Deborah) and Lee Blythe (Mark) of Lexington; and his siblings, Robert (late JoAnn) of Ottenheim and Betty Yontz (Harold) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
