He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Estill Davis, Sr. and Bessie Hayes Davis; his wife Charlotte Davis; and his children, Gwendolyn Davis and Ronald Davis.

He is survived by: his children, Donald Davis, Michael Davis (Jackie) and Patricia Davis (Darrell). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren 25 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
