He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hereford Sr. and Ethel Mae Clay Black; and his sister Sharon Kay Hereford. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Abrams (Michael) of Lexington, KY and Larry Michael Hereford (Ann) of Ashland, KY; and his close friend O. J. Morris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
