She was predeceased by: her husband Earl D. Balden; and her parents, Oliver J. McGinnis and Elizabeth Harris McGinnis. She is survived by: her children, Linda Forbes (Wayne), Glenn Balden (Susan), Vicki Taylor, John Balden (Lauren) and William "Bill" Balden (Carla); her grandchildren, Suzanne Combs, Victoria Taylor and John Earl Balden; and her sister-in-law Ola Frances Royalty. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
