It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Marlene Lentz of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Johnsville, Ohio, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Fran; her former husband Leroy Maffett; her husband Ron Lentz; her sons, Thomas Maffett and Mark Maffett; and her siblings, George, Johnny, Margaret, Mary Lou, Carl and Susie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marla Utt of Mansfield and Marilyn Weisman of Crestline; her foster daughter Kathryn Aller of Bucyrus; her grandchildren, Joshua, Tyler, Shayla, Dylan, Alyssa, Olivia, Jacob and Dalton; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Devin, Audrey, Brennan, Maddox, Alyce, Atlas, Lily and Ryker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
