We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2019, at the age of 84, Forrest E. Hahn Jr. (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Jefferson (Steve); his brother Jimmy Hahn (Sandra); and his parents, Martella J. Hahn and Forrest E. Hahn, Sr. of Cincinnati, OH.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara G. Hahn; and his children, Janet Rivers (Fred), Susan Handler (Brandon) and Forrest III Hahn (Darisa).

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Bluegrass Care Navigators, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, KY, 40504.
