He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reba A. Young and Harkness E. Reed, Jr.; his stepfather Richard H. A. Young; his children, Janet Zavala (Oscar), Bradley Reed and Samuel Reed; his pet Piper; his grandchildren, Isaiah Pedersen (Lauren), Allison Cashan (Jesse), Amelia Parsons, Nathaniel Parsons and Sonia Zavala; his great grandchildren, Liam, Braxton and Ivey; his sister Vicki Ramsey (Ron); his niece Tamara Brooks; and his nephew Kyle Brooks (Lori). He was also cherished by numerous extended family and friends.
