Jones (Kaye) of Grovetown, GA and Alicia Schiltz of Mt. Juliet, TN.; her husband Charles Wayne Howell, Sr.; her children, Charlene Kinard of Lexington, KY, Sherry Howell of Lexington, KY and Charles W. Howell, Jr. of Frankfort, KY; and also Bill T. Jones. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
