She is survived by: her children, Ronald, Lianne Combs (Dale), Connie Stowe, Mark and Carol Richards (Robert). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Eva requested a donation to the Ladies Guild at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church on Eastland Parkway in Lexington.
