He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Hix Fowler; and his daughter Bonnie Jean McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Fowler (Connie) of Nicholasville, KY and Ruth Hewitt (Bill) of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, Melissa Fowler Boggs (Jon) of Knoxville, TN, Sarah McDonald of Louisville, KY, Beth Roundtree of Louisville, KY, Andrew Sacher (Ari) of New Jersey, Ben McDonald of Paris, KY and Travis Gilliam (Rachel) of Versailles, KY; and his cousin Phyliss Kraner of Galena, OH.. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
