Erich G. Cisenius Obituary

Erich G. Cisenius, 39, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky to Virginia E. and Gerard E. Cisenius on November 7, 1981. Erich lived an eclectic life, constantly willing to help others, being one with nature, enjoying meditation, and preparing to become a yoga instructor and peer counselor. He loved indulging his mind in reading and expressing himself through writing. He could do anything he set his mind to and saw life through a different lens. He will be profoundly missed. In additon to his parents, he is survived by his sons, Kaleb Cisenius, Lexington and Kaysen Cisenius, Richmond; sister, Veronica E. Cisenius (Adam Fraley), Lexington; nephews, Konrad and Rowan Fraley, both of Lexington; Kaleb’s mother, Rachel Walker, Lexington and Erich's partner, Rachel Roberts, Richmond.

Due to the Covid-19 gathering restrictions, services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wildlife Research Fund.
