He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lowry and Kathleen Shaw Lowry; his sister Heather Garcia; his nephews, Joshua Garcia and Jacob Garcia; his niece Cecelia Garcia; his aunts and uncles, Pam Shaw, Fred (Linda Shaw), Mike (Candy Wofford), Debbie Miller, Jimmy (Kay Webb), Dawn Webb, Delores Lowry, Steve (Judi Lowry), Hap (Danni Burlock) and Carla (Peter Burlock); and his cousins, Ginny Miller, Matthew, Brett Lowry, Savannah Wofford, Jeff, Tina Lowry, Jason, Jennifer Shaw, Frank Hamilton, Todd Barrick and Bobby Rust.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lexington Hope Center.
