She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Burch and Teresa Burch; her siblings, Ray Burch (Margaret), Bonnie Hicks (Allen), Anne Roney, Clifton Burch, Leo Burch (Blondie), Loretta Keller, Thelma Richards (Aulton), Chub Burch (Janet), Hughie Burch (Maryanne), Tony Burch and Frankie Burch; her parents-in-law, Charles and Mary Frances Parker; and her brother-in-law Robert "Bobby" Parker.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald W. Parker; her children, Gerald Wayne Parker II of Lexington, David Parker (Melodee) of Versailles, Denise Preston of Lexington and Teresa Barrows (Richard) of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Byron Parker (Josh), James Preston (Jennifer), Alex Parker, Amber Barrows, Joseph Preston, Trey Barrows and Joshua Preston; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Roney, Charolette Burch, Helen Burch, Marilyn Burton (Jack), Diana Hughes (Jim) and Betty Burch (Rosemary Owens).
