With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Howe in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Tollesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Deatley; her husband William Howe; and her granddaughter Rebecca Smith Blair. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Smith (Ronald), Cheryl Parker (Keith), Jack L. Neu and Michael D. Neu. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
