She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Hill Bolender; her parents, Dr. C. F. and Violet Lyon Long; her son Joel Bolender; her grandson Jason Hill Bolender; and her siblings, Jane Mikkelson, Byron Long and Charles Long.

She is survived by: her children, John Bolender (Tiffany), Janet Kliment (Bruce), Jeanne Burkhart (Don), Susanne Inge, Patricia Bolender and Sarah Burks (Tom); her sister Beverly Adcock (Dave); and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Long. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
