He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luttrell and Sarah Littrell; his wife Doris Bingham Littrell; and his children, Elmer Lee Littrell, Jr. (Joe) and Peggy Sue Littrell.
He is survived by: his son Jerry Littrell (Teresa) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Sarah Littrell Francis (Chuck) of Maryland, Trista Littrell Sharpeta (Andy) and Kyle Littrell Marine (Kristin); and his daughter Sharon McAtee. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
