He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Worley. He is survived by: his children, Rick Worley (Lynnette), Kay Price (Bob) and Debbie Worley; his grandchildren, Betsey Dean Medley (Brandon), Kathleen Butler (Lane), Will Worley and Taylor Price; and his great grandchildren, Grant, Scarlett and Georgia Dean Butler.
