She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Clem; her father Lewis Chaplin; and her brothers, Lewis and Ed Chaplin. She is survived by: her daughter Sue Noe (Sammy Jr.) of Georgetown; and her grandchildren, Shelby Higgins (Will) of Maryland, Savanna Noe of Georgetown, Marisa Noe of Georgetown and Chris Noe of Pennsylvania.
