She was predeceased by: her father Norton Clay. She is survived by: her mother Isabel Sissy McHenry Clay; her husband Ronald Dean Smith, Jr.; her son Dean Norton Smith; her siblings, George Clay of Lexington and Marnie Clay; and her nieces, Katie and Allie of Lexington.
