She is survived by: her siblings, William Arthur Salisbury (Sandra Lee Salisbury) and Joyce Daugherty (Ken Daugherty); her sons, Michael Grayson Johnson, Dr. Paul Jeffrey Johnson (Jamie Johnson), Ronald Mosey Johnson (Theri Johnson) and William David Johnson (Renee Carney); her grandchildren, Grayson Tyler Johnson (Alexa Arnold), Madeleine Clae Johnson (Jesse Bechtloff), ShelbyAnn Johnson, Hannah Elizabeth Johnson and Nicholas McKenzie Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Skadi James Bechtloff and Hank Daniel Johnson.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Ann's memory to the Kentucky Educational Television or Knot County Public Library, as Ann was a passionate advocate for literacy and education for all.
