She is survived by: her husband John M. Adams, Jr.; her friend Eversole; her daughters, Sherrie Webb (Warner), Mary Lynn Collins (late Ernest) and Anne Chesnut (Don); her grandchildren, Donald Chesnut (Lorie), Chad Collins (Heather), Camille Dean (David), Elizabeth Barrera (Alex), Nora Chesnut and Mary Chesnut; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Jack, Leah Collins, Mia Dean and Luca Barrera.
The only time they were ever audited by the IRS was for a year when their generous donation to the building fund of a church was so disparate to their income that it was questioned.
