She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Churchill and Charles Churchill; her sisters, Mitzi Curtis and Peggy Strong; her daughter Katie Crossen; and her daughter-in-law Joan Callahan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Crossen (Jeff), Jennifer Crossen and Julie Crossen (Mark); her grandson David Crossen (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Maddox Crossen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, & one great, great-niece & one great, great-nephew.
She is now free from the confusion & anxiety that Alzheimer's caused her to suffer, especially the past 3 years.
