She was predeceased by: her grandmother Marie Burns; and her mother Mary Margaret Kenney McClintock. She is survived by: her husband Buckner Woodford V; her daughter Ella Payne Woodford; her grandmother Waller; her father Graham Franklin Burns; her sister Meg Burns Sumpter (Brandon); and her uncle Lee Burns.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Kids Cancer Alliance or Central Christian Church, in Elizabeth's name.
