She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" H. May; her parents, Leonard Hulette and Violet Smith Hulette; and her siblings, Brenda Rogers, Leonard Hulette, Jr., Odell Hulette and Clyde Hulette.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Walker (David) of Frankfort, Angela McKinney (Tim) of Frankfort, Gary May (Jackie) of Frankfort, William "Bill" May, Jr. (Linda) of Frankfort and James May (Tina) of Frankfort; and her sister Bernice Tracy of Frankfort. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests. Memorial Contributions be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators, 1733 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40504.
