He was predeceased by: his parents, Parlee Walker and Clem Edward Sr.; and his sisters, Pearlie Warren, Josephine Lankford, Rosa Walker, Carolyn Moss Martina Hunt and Bertha Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Walker; his children, Kim Merrill (Kenneth), Keith Walker (Norlishia), Shawn Burnam (David) and Braxton S. Walker; his goddaughter LaRonda R. Clay; his sisters, Minister Bernice Walker, Bessie Philon (Jessie), Emma Clayton (Wayne) and Peggy Brown (Charlton "Pancho"); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Jackson and Betty Warren; and his close friends, Alice Ward and James Parks. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
