It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Eugene Shoupe in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Parrish Shoupe. He is survived by: his children, Myrna Spratt of Lexington, Colette Brumbaugh of Texas and Donald Shoupe (Mary) of Texas; and his sister Naomi Christy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Edward Shoupe to a charity of one's choice.

He was a great role model and set a very high standard for those of us who followed him. He will be missed.
