She was predeceased by: her husband John Hammack; her parents, George Henry and Agnes Meyer Keeven; her son Jeff; and her brother Bob.

She is survived by: her children, Gemma Lockard (David) and George Hammack (Wendy); her grandchildren, Jamie, Matt Crump, Austin, Savannah Hammack, Marissa and Carson Lockard; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Wilder Wolfe, Katera, Kingston and Jackson Crump; and her siblings, Betty Duff (Phil), Judy Ferguson (Joe), Don, Shorty and Butch Keeven (Barb). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Hospice of the Bluegrass or the Alzheimer's Association.
