She is survived by: her children, Glenda Hicks and Frank Fathergill Jr.; her siblings, James Lewis Spurlock, Robert Wayne Spurlock, William Allen Spurlock, Cecil Ray Spurlock and Anna Margaret Babcock; her grandchildren, Gabriella Miller, Jamie Osborne, Jersey Osborne, Lane Fathergill and Reagan Combs; and her great grandchildren, Treyton and Wyomi.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home (7710 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40258). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
