She is survived by: her children, Kandi Blankenship of Marion, IN, Davida Woodrum and Wayne Allender, Jr. (Lisa) of Harrodsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Josh, Chassidy, Lindsey, Zachary, Jordan and Blayne; and her siblings, Doug Peak (Nancy) of Danville, KY, Billy Peak (Carolyn) and Anita Fort (Don) of Boulder, CO.. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
