She is survived by: her husband John William Phillips; her son Eugene Pruett; her granddaughter Tiffany Lerdo-Varela; and her siblings, Albert Gobel, Brenda Henson, Wanda Bellew, George Franklin Gobel, Joyce Sachs, Judith Henson and Betty Koelbel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dorothy's congregation and sent to The Jehovah's Witnesses, 3158 Custer Drive, Lexington, KY 40517.
