She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Wafford, Sr. and Willena Wainscott Wafford Rhorer; and her children, Charles G. Rhodes Jr., Terry J. Rhodes, John Michael Rhodes and Pamela S. Frosty.

She is survived by: her children, Betsy J Budd, Susan F. Griffiths and Donald L. Rhodes; and her children-in-law, Charles Budd, Tony Griffiths and Helen Rhodes. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
