She was predeceased by: her parents, Joda Milbern and Rexie Baugh Milbern; her husband Lloyd Denver Tinsley; her brother Daniel Milbern; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Milbern and Vernon Norris.

She is survived by: her sister Dotty Norris of Lexington; her niece Jackie Browning (David) of Lexington; her nephews, Joel Milbern (Frazann) of Lexington, Vernon Norris, III (Dee), Winchester and Joda Norris (Annhall) of Danville; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Danielle Milbern of Lexington, Lee Browning of Lexington, Christopher Browning of Lexington, Sabree Norris of Danville and Riley Norris of Danville.
