She is survived by: her children, Angela Evans of Lawrenceburg, Anthony Stratton of Lawrenceburg and Thomas L. Burns of Beaumont, TX; her siblings, Wayne Goodlett (Cathy) of Lawrenceburg and Serena Collins of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Carey, Koscha Cossey, Zackary Burns and Lilly Burns. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
