She is survived by: her son Steve Goins; her grandchildren, Andrew Goins (Christina), Jacob Goins, Dylan Goins and Emilie Eckert (Tim); her great grandchild Taylor Eckert; her sisters, Mary Pickett, Bess Masters, Lida Newby and Shelli Wessler; and her caregivers, Rachel Denney and Dorothy Peel.
