He was predeceased by: his parents, Estill Newman and June Mullins Newman; and his brother Ricky Newman. He is survived by: his wife Marty; his sons, Donald Blaine Newman of Lexington, Rock Newman (Rose) of Lexington, Tim Wilson of Lexington, David Wilson of Lexington and Nicholas Newman (Jacqueline) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Mallory Newman, Story Wilson and Ace Newman; and his sister Doris Compton of Lexington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
