He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Truss; and his siblings, Joe, Peggy, Linda, Ron, Debbie and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Alcorn Burrell; his sons, Ben and Eric Burrell; his grandchildren, Alexix, Kaylee, Kylie, Callie, Olivia and Otis; and his sisters, Judy, Dianne, Phyliss and Karam.
