It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Thomasina Jackson Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Carol Diane Johnson; his children, LaTreyshea Roberts, Jermaine Johnson, Jamari Johnson and Donald Johnson, Jr.; his siblings, Keith Johnson, Tara Johnson and Danielle Johnson; his grandchildren, Camden, Zara, Jermany and Rae; and his close friend Tammy Adams.

Donations may be sent to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
