He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan B. Durham Sr. and Bertha Miles Durham of Lexington; and his brother James Durham of Ft. Lauderdale. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dunn Durham; and his brother Thomas Miles Durham (Linda) of Nicholasville.
