He was predeceased by: his former wife Sharon C. Hall; his daughter Julie Hall; his siblings, Billy, Sybil, Geneva and Etheleen; and his parents, William Hall and Bertha Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Suzan Vanda of Lexington; and his sister Jane H. Shearer of Winchester, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in remembrance to Asthma Foundation of America.
