He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Kerns Caldwell of Lexington; his daughters, Missy VanHook (Barry) and Donna Walters (Shay VanWinkle); his grandchildren, Lauren Walters, Abby VanHook, Jeremy Walters and Noah VanWinkle; and his siblings, Barbara Spencer, Lairrie Caldwell (Joan), Rick Caldwell (Susan) and Joey Caldwell (Jan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
