He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Clay and Lucy Blackburn Clay. He is survived by: his wife Sue Clay; his children, Scott Walter of Richmond and Cristi Hawkins (Kevin) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Hannah Highbaugh (Mark), Tyler Walter, Courtney Predmore and Haley Hawkins; and his great grandchildren, Adeline Highbaugh and Henry Predmore.
