He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fields and Patricia Baumgardner. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Denisa, Brian (Carly), Jason and Brandon; his grandchildren, Hunter, Halee and Elijah; and his great grandchild Izaiah. He is also survived by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
