She was predeceased by: her husband James Vice. She is survived by: her children, Christine Duvall (Sam), Lewis Ray Vice (Tammy), Jeffrey Wayne Vice and Bruce Arnold Vice (Sandy). She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; one sister and one brother.
